We are looking for reinforcement at our Company headquarters in Bexbach (home office possible) to support our sales and marketing team. You can expect a family-friendly, open and relaxed company culture with flat hierarchies and a very good working atmosphere.

We are looking for a full-time, customer-oriented employee for internal sales (m/f/d) who has professional experience and enjoys their work.

Your tasks with us are:

• Supporting the sales team with organizational, administrative and operational tasks
• Central contact person for order processing (quotation preparation, order entry, tenders and master data maintenance)
• Creation of sales materials and evaluations (including presentations)
• Organization and implementation of events (including webinars)
• Coordination of marketing and sales measures (including mailings, newsletters)
• Collaboration on sales and marketing projects
• You take over external correspondence, independently or according to instructions in German and English

What you bring:

• Successfully completed training or specialization with a focus on sales
• Sales experience in dealing with new and existing customers, ideally from the IT environment
• Customer understanding as well as customer-oriented action
• Independent and structured way of working and hands-on mentality
• You are confident in the use of MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
